We do our best to protect items whilst in storage, but sometimes an item will have picked up some extra marks over time - in these cases, we’ll contact you before sending your item out.

We can only include what is in the pictures of our listings - some items may have parts missing, so please study each picture carefully to ensure you are getting everything you need with your order.

Please check the item specifics on the listing before purchasing. We add part numbers here where possible to ensure you get the correct part for your bike. In the case that a part number is missing, just get in touch and we’ll check the compatibility for you. This is especially important if you’re ordering parts from outside the UK - some bikes from different markets may look identical but sometimes use different parts due to varying emissions and safety regulations around the world.

We use various, different couriers to ship our items, depending on the size, weight, and value of the item. We only used tracked services, and tracking numbers will be uploaded onto your order once the item has been dispatched. We dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday on the same day. Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following working day.

Postage costs are for mainland UK only (England, Wales and South Scotland). Additional charges will be incurred for postcodes outside of mainland UK, which include BT, PA, KW, IV, HS, AB, IM, ZE, GY, JE, DD, PH, KA, PO. So please contact us first for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Upon receiving any items, please notify us straight away in the rare case that the packaging appears damaged, before opening it. This helps us with any claims we may need to make with our couriers.

We offer 30 days unwanted returns, and 60 days warranty on all our items. In the case that an item develops a fault, please notify us straight away before going ahead with any repairs - we will always assist with a replacement where possible, or a refund if not.

Please contact us before opening any return requests, as it may not be necessary to do so. We will cover any return costs for faulty items as per eBay’s money back guarantee, however if an item is ordered in error, we cannot be held liable to recover the return postage cost. We will however issue a full refund for the order once we receive the item back here in the condition it was dispatched in.
