In his usual xerox fashion, Rob Liefeld 'created' Bloodwulf as a straight-faced copy of DC's Lobo, but in this mini-series, writer Andy Mangels and artist Daerick Gross invested the character and his milieu with a lot of wit and parodic humour - which sadly mostly went over the heads of the people who read this sort of thing.
After accidentally exposing Ogo to the vacuum of space (and blowing him up in the process), Bloodwulf has to make a pit stop at the Pleasure Plaza to get what is left of Ogo (his head) grafted onto a new body. After this is accomplished, Bloodwulf and his pals have to fight their way through an army of giant jabberwocky looking creatures to get back to their ship and take off for the Regime.
