Please review photos for condition as I believe this to be as close to new as possible - though there appears to be some light staining at one location on the fore-edge. I've tried to capture it as best as possible in natural light: faint and 98% on the fore-edge itself, with only trace amounts on some of the earlier pages, but that diminishes the further you flip through the book.

I purchased this second-hand and have since stored it in my entertainment room, away from sunlight, in a smoke/pet-free home.
