 INTERIOR

Bathroom Toilet with cassette – pump replaced 2025   * Shower - touch light * Sink – vanity light *Heated electric towel rail fitted by previous owner  * Wardrobe – there is evidence of damp in the wardrobe We have learned to keep the wardrobe doors open when in storage to maximise air flow. * Cupboard storage Skylight - we have taped the blind closed as like the door it is very fragile and offers little benefit when the window can be opened as an alternative. *Free standing table stored.

Kitchen area* Hob – chinchilla heat protected glass cover *Sink – there is a swivel tap but we have learned that with continuous use the tap can work loose and it is better to leave in fixed position.  We have also avoided pouring water that has grease or food waste or coffee grains down the sink to prevent pipes becoming blocked  *Oven and Grill – Gas – pan storage * Fridge with freezer compartment.– used almost exclusively with electric hookup  *  Storage space.  *  Space Heater. – Gas or Electric.  Hotter if gas used but we find that if very cold it is warm enough if we used a small 1KW electric heater as well. *Water Heater. *  Skylight and fan – this has not worked in the time we have had the caravan and not used. Kitchen area can be ventilated via window and  door.* internal battery charger replaced 2023*  Extras Some plates bowls cutlery  Some pans  Microwave  Kettle Fire extinguisher

Recent Service (August 2026) identified the following

* High Damp readings in wardrobe.  This is an increase on previous readings and suggests some concern but there is no evidence internally of in terms of odour feel  or on clothing  when in use.  There is some visible evidence of damp marking, but this was visible at a time when damp readings were normal, an issue which we addressed by making sure there was airflow when the van was covered for the winter. There is evidence of water damage on a small area of flooring in the corner that requires attention.

*   High damp reading n/s front wall. There is no evidence internally of odour or feel. The slight markings have been visible for as long as we have owned the van and not changed.
