This is a 1977 McCall’s sewing pattern #5490, Misses’ Dress or Top—For Unbonded Stretchable Knits, in Size 14. Dress or top with zipper in back seam opening has forward and extended shoulder line and collar, tie belts included in front band seams are drawn thru thread loops. A, B, C has sleeves gathered into snapped cuffs.

Envelope has pencil drawing on front, shows overall wear and top flap is wrinkled and torn. It looks like some of the print didn’t print right on front and back illustrations. Pattern is in new, unused and uncut condition and is in its original factory fold.
