This Australian copy of the White Album is a top loading double album.  There is wear on the glossy cover as can be seen in the photos.  The cover looks better than is shown in the photos. It is numbered A 35425.  The number on the actual records is SWBO-3-101-J41. Apparently it has this number because in November 1968, EMI Australia was rushing to manufacture the album in time for Christmas. Instead of waiting for master tapes from the UK, they urgently imported actual physical metal stamper plates directly from Capitol Records’ Los Angeles plant (which is why this record bears the US catalog numbers in the dead wax). They used these American parts to press the vinyl in Australia at the EMI factory in Homebush, New South Wales.

There are 4 glossy portraits of each Beatle. I have taken a close up of Ringo as it looks like there is a pen mark on this one, there is some creasing on the portraits.

There is a poster of polaroids which is intact but has some edge wear.

There are two black record sleeves. The bottom of one of these is torn open.

The records have some surface marks which do not affect playing. Marks cannot be seen in photos.
