Multiple items orders - Please wait for our bill before paying. It is difficult to respond to all the possibilities with a fixed rule. However, shipping costs will never exceed the highest plus 50% for all subsequent items. We will review the shipping costs and, if appropriate, provide a discount on the invoice.
