Terrible condition.  These have stains, scuffs and holes.  The hole has been taped on the inside with duct tape.  These could not be used in action anymore.  Selling for Display Only.  See photos as these are in very worn bad condition.

Sizing - I don't see a size tag.  I'm guessing around a medium.  The measure 15 inches across waist laying flat and can be tightened.
