Description A beautiful English antique Edwardian solid sterling silver and Connemara marble napkin ring by the silversmith Henry Matthews (1893 - 1930) in lovely condition and with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1905. Very nice quality 121 year old example, decorated with foliate scroll engraving and clover leaves and is inlaid with fine connemara marble. Measures approx 1.75 inches (45mm) in diameter and is 0.85 inches (21mm) deep. Weighs approx 28 grams and there are no added personal engraved inscriptions in the cartouche. 

Date English antique solid sterling silver with full English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1905 (date letter "f"). Marks are rubbed but are readable, the silversmiths initials are also rubbed but look to be "H M", (Henry Matthews - 1893 - 1930). 

Condition Lovely condition, with no splits or repairs and no nasty knocks or dents just minor little surface bruises, really nothing much at all and a beautiful genuine antique example. Most importantly the 9 inlaid connemara clover leaves are all original and intact and have no nasty chips or hairlines. Ready to be used and with no added personal engravings.
