The Traceable 98767-37 2-in-1 Waterproof Food HACCP Thermometer offers users a non-contact Infrared with a 6 inch Piercing Stainless Steel probe, a waterproof case, unique membrane keys, and readings that are updated every second. In addition, the 98767-37 features an adjustable emissivity from 0.1 to 1.0 and includes a NIST-Traceable certificate from a A2LA accredited (1750.01) calibration laboratory.
