Described as "Used" as don't know who made the cleat
the fairleads are 22mm along the base plate and the vertical bits are at 15mm between the ends .
the cleat is 17mm base plate dia and stands 17mm tall
just clearing out a few odd bits and bobs from my spares drawer that i know i will not use
