It's a BRILLIANT DAY/EVENING skirt with the most wonderful expensive style made of viscose/spandex , ALSO, IT IS unLINED--- I LOVE the genius material and masterful deconstruction,  The style IS-- BEYOND --  with a genius twist of this amazing material hiding any imperfections with its soft viscose  material, but its not too light weight,, it SCREAMS HIGH-END!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Being couture Donna Karan, it's spectacularly well-made, with couture-quality seaming and attention to detail !!!!!! It is -- COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY a Magcial Piece!!!!!!!Its very good pre-owned  condition . No tears, rips, holes, snags seen, hem is great !
