for a recital by Marian Anderson at the Royal Albert Hall in London on 28 May
1950. The great African-American contralto sang classical and folk-inspired
pieces including some spirituals. The 5.5” by 8.75” programme has 12 pages and
includes a photo and biog of the singer as well as an advert for an upcoming
concert recital by Yehudi Menuhin. In good condition, with just minor signs of
wear
