If you're looking at this, then you likely already know what this is, and/or you have been trying to replicate the select  guitar sounds of Jay Mascis, Josh Homme (QOTSA), Billy Corgan, Pete Townshend (pre Who's Next), et al, and have decided to hunt down one of these.

This one came to me from the original owner who got it at Rhythm City Music in Atlanta, GA. in 1973 or thereabouts and brought it with the rest of his stuff when he moved to Sydney in the early 1980's.

It sat on a shelf for most of its life as this chap rarely, if ever played much guitar and even after I went through his small collection of stuff, re-strung and did setups on everything, as well as doing some very minor general maintenance, and demonstrating how great this thing sounded (especially through his original Pignose 7-100 which I am restoring and will soon be available) he preferred to listen than to play. 

It's in very good shape considering its age, and as you can see and hear from the video I made, it works beautifully. The battery compartment door is not original (I fabricated a replacement for the one that was lost), nor are the electrolytic capacitors, but the rest of the PCB components, in particular the silicon transistors that create the unique tonal characteristics are as they were when this came from Shin-Ei/Univox well over 50 years ago.
