Game is new and still sealed.  However the box does have several dents and scratches.  One small dent on the middle of the back and a couple on the edges.  The one on the front is the biggest and the hardest to see.  I tried to show it in the pictures but it is hard to see.  It is in the top right corner of the box and is several inches wide and long.  That portion of the box is pressed in or slightly concave.
