Here we have a lovely vintage Quad 303 power amplifier which has just been dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and serviced by me, a qualified electronic engineer.
New output and smoothing capacitors (Kemet 3300uF) with new clamps.
New 4-pin DIN input socket.
On-board electrolytic capacitors replaced with Nichicon FW Audio grade.
Input decoupling capacitor upgraded to 1uF to improve lower end roll-off.
Out of tolerance resistors replaced
New trimmers
Fully calibrated and soak tested.
Full electrical and audio test.
Serial number: 23102 (1971).
Comes complete with a brand new mains power cable to connect with the Quad 33 control unit.
