Lightbulb - Intact and working.
Base Plate- On/off switch. Tabs on front and back are intact.
MFG Stamp- Hong Kong.
TIRE Chrome- Has light wear; one rim has a small crack.
Tires- Rubber; have light wear.
Working Condition- Tested with battery and both light and motor are working.
