I think it's important to explain what my vision is for Stump as a character. The easiest way for me to describe him is that he's a working-class, "blue collar" superhero. Which simply means that he works his butt off everyday to do the right thing and help others, without worrying about fame or glory. This doesn't mean that he does not make mistakes or have personality shortcomings that might interfere with his goals, but his default attitude is to put the needs of others before any dreams or ambitions he might have.
A key event from Stump's past (parts of which were shown in flashback form, in Stump #1) will be the primary motivating factor for where Stump is going as a superhero (although he is not at all comfortable using that term to describe himself).
Most of the story in issues #1 and #2 takes place in a rural, "flyover country", small town environment. For the foreseeable future, the town of Hillsboro, Illinois, will be Stump's primary base of operations. I've never been happy with how small towns are traditionally depicted in entertainment and I hope to change that in some small way with my stories. ~NR

We accept several methods of payment to purchase an item. Just Inquire. We are forced to offer PayPal as a payment option although we do not prefer it since ebay owns that service and it is essentially paying ebay twice. But after winning the auction you will be offered the opportunity to use this method. Feel free to use PayPal or if you'd rather help prevent big business from making even more money, just send a check or $Order. Just follow the onscreen instructions and your item will be on your doorstep before you know it. All payments must be made within 10 days after auction ends.

Item will be packaged safely in heavy duty box/tube for protection. International bidders should inquire about what their additional shipping fees will be prior to sending payment to avoid having to issue a second payment to cover additional charges. Additional purchases of other items won from my other auctions in the same time frame are eligible for Combined Shipping which will be reflected in invoice. Buyers should request an invoice prior to payment so the total can be adjusted. Items are processed for shipping the next day after the correct amount of payment is received. Winning bidders are responsible for providing their correct shipping address. Unconfirmed PayPal addresses need to include an explanation for unconfirmed address and confirmation of present listed address. If insurance is desired winning bidder must request it and what the additional fees will be before making payment. Extensive care will be taken to package items safely but packages cannot be guaranteed to arrive undamaged by carriers without insurance.

All items won are as described in auctions. There is no attempt to mislead the condition or authenticity of featured items. Bidders have the option to contact us prior to bidding to make sure they are getting the item they want. All sales are final but if any issues arise please contact us instead of leaving any negative feedback. Once negative feedback is left there is no incentive in trying to address any problems.

Associated with ebay for over 25 years as both a buyer and seller, we strive to maintain ebay's "high standards" of commerce. We aim to ensure that bidders are getting the items as they are described in auctions. Bidders can take comfort in our successful track record that can be found in our Feedback page given by other bidders like yourself. We always make a point to return positive feedback to winning bidders that take the time to leave some for us.

Feel free to contact us during and after auctions to answer any questions you may have. Just use the 'Contact Seller' link in our auctions and we will reply as soon as possible. If you have a question pertaining to an auction that is in progress don't wait until the end to contact us because we may not be able to get back to you before the auction you are considering to bid on closes.
