This item includes 2 bonus zone modules that normally sell for $50-$60 each new, (3 total). So currently, it 12 zone capable and can be extended to 16 zones.

Only sign of wear is a tiny chip where one of the mounting screws goes in (see last photo) but it doesn't affect anything.. just thought I'd mention it.
