Mild tanning and foxing to page edges and inside covers, occasional markings to pages throughout, text remains legible. pages 121-136 loose bottom half of spine. The binding is firm. The pages otherwise appear clean and crease free with some tanning. This book has 213 pages. All in all a nice example of this book.
