This is one of those pieces that are becoming increasingly hard to find. An incredible women’s blouse by Giorgio Armani from the early 1980s! The construction of the garment leads me to believe it is part of a spring/summer collection from between 1981 and 1984 – the rarest and most iconic of the period.

The blouse features some avant-garde details for the period: a mandarin collar, concealed buttons, a tie at the hem to form a bow, and a matching fabric belt.

This blouse is perfect for summer thanks to its pure silk fabric and pairs perfectly with both simple and more elegant outfits. It is an extremely versatile archive piece and a collector’s item, thanks also to the unusual colour combination typical of that era!

The blouse is in excellent condition apart from a couple of flaws I’ve highlighted in the photos – nothing too serious.
