Pharmaceris H-Purin Special is a specialized anti-dandruff shampoo that regulates the scalp microbiome. It effectively combats dandruff, cares for the scalp, and helps maintain hair in good condition. It reduces dandruff and scalp itching after just the first wash. The dermatological formula was developed with sensitive scalps in mind.
How does H-Purin Special shampoo work?
The Scalpshield formula restores and maintains the balance of the healthy microbiome and the proper pH of the scalp.
An anti-dandruff prebiotic strengthens the stratum corneum, reduces flaking, and soothes the scalp. It also helps reduce sebum production—the primary food source for the *Malassezia* fungus, which is responsible for seborrhea and dandruff.
Octopirox® and Ciclopirox Olamine provide antibacterial and antifungal action, limiting the growth of microorganisms responsible for dandruff. They restore the balance of the epidermal microflora and reduce seborrhea, preventing hair from becoming greasy.
Allantoin and aloe vera gel soothe the skin and alleviate irritation, redness, burning, and itching. Allantoin moisturizes and regenerates the scalp, while aloe vera exhibits antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties. Indications

Directions for use
How to use Pharmaceris H-Purin Special shampoo:
Apply the shampoo to wet hair and massage until it lathers.
Leave on for 1–2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water.
Depending on the severity of the scalp condition, use the Pharmaceris anti-dandruff shampoo daily (intensive treatment) or 1–2 times a week (preventative treatment).
