DESCRIPTION:  "CAMM BROTHERS / LYNCHBURG, VA.". Offered at auction is this scarce soda bottle from Lynchburg, Virginia! Light green glass. Company name and location appear within a slug plate on one side of bottle. Heel embossed "R.G. CO. 250," an early abbreviation the Root Glass Company used until circa 1909. No embossing on bottom. Measures 8" high. We discovered this bottle in Bedford, Virginia. Camm Brothers operated a pharmacy in Lynchburg, with the soda bottling operation located at 1020 Main Street. A great addition to your Camm family genealogy or vintage bottle collection!
