A vintage Micro mosaic flower ring made in Italy. Goldstone and adjustable from about 5 to 8. Not sure I would risk making it bigger or smaller for fear of loosening the mosaic,   The mosaic is tiny pieces of glass hand puzzled together to create this pretty flower design.
