This coin comes from an estate that I’m in the process of selling. The owner of the estate was a fantastic woman who was born and raised in England. I just recently found a bunch of old coins, and this is the first of them. This appears to be from 1884. You can see the condition is not great. It is well worn and well faded. The side with the queen is still legible and you can clearly see the queen and it says Victoria on it. Decide with the date is very faded. You can see the bottom of the rock where the night sits. You can also see the 1884. But everything else is well worn from there. Despite these flaws, it’s still a nice piece of history. And it’s certainly old.
