About the watch & condition: 

Here we have a beautiful Rolex Date from 1987. This is the 34mm version however still uses the calibre 3035 which powers the Datejust models of this era!

This comes with 2 Rolex service receipts, the first dated 1997 and the second 2006, no other box or papers. The watch itself runs smoothly keeping great time. When tested it was within 5 seconds over 24 hours. More details below;

The watch has a lovely golden dial paired with the matching indexes and hands. Condition wise the dial is excellent with very minimal wear, some light specs along with some on the acrylic crystal as well.

This is the bi-metal version so has the stainless steel paired with the 18k yellow gold two tone bracelet & engine turned bezel. Its a beautiful piece & looks very elegant on the wrist. These have been polished previously however are still in nice shape with only light scratches which is expected with any pre owned vintage items.

It has its original Rolex branded screwdown crown which looks stunning & works/winds absolutely fine including the quickset date.

The watch is sat on an its original Bi-Metal Rolex Oyster bracelet. This closes securely & will fit around a 7 inch wrist or smaller. This would also look excellent on a leather which we can potentially include if you message us beforehand to look at options.

This is an automatic watch meaning it runs off the movement of your wrist. It can also be manually wound as all automatic watch can be. After little/no movement the power reserve will drain & the watch will stop, we recommend winding the watch after it’s been sat for a long period of time. The power reserve is healthy & works as intended unless we’ve specifically said otherwise. This is a standard message for whose who are new to automatic watches!

Due to the watches value it’ll be sold via eBay’s authentication programme if you’re based in the UK. This means it’ll be checked over by their team of experts who will issue a card of authenticity upon arrival.
