There is some age/use wear-please view all the photos for the condition of this item(s)-please be aware that most items I sell are vintage and preowned and may have some wear which may included missing or broken parts, stains, markings, needs TLC/cleaning or may have cosmetic damages-if the item is new in the box the box may have some damage or wear-I take photos of all damages that I am able to observe, if you have any questions please ask for additional pictures on areas of the item(s) that are not clear to you before buying or placing a bid- ALL SALES ARE FINAL-FLOWER DISPLAY AND STAND NOT INCLUDED-WE DO COMBINED SHIPPING ON AUCTIONS.

For health and safety concerns I will only handle items through eBay, there is no local pickup or drop offs. If payment is not received within 48 hours and communication has not taken place your item(s) will no longer be available for purchase and will be relisted. eBay will notify you and you will be blocked and no longer able to place future bids with us.

Shipping:

Please be aware of the shipping cost before any offers or bids are made. All Items $100 or more will require insurance and signature delivery. Some international shipping may be subject to more shipping costs adjustments. Items will only be shipped to the address on file with eBay. Items that are 12?x8x10 and less will be shipped out via USPS for the most part, anything bigger will be shipped out via UPS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USPS DELIVERIES TAKE LONGER THAN UPS DELIVERIES-(UPS 1-5 DAYS & USPS 3-10 DAYS Once Packages are dropped off)

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days (unless sold "as is or final sale"); if there is a problem with your item(s) you need to report it right away to receive your refund. You will receive your refund (minus the return shipping cost) once the returned item has been received. You will need to send pictures of the damaged item(s) to begin the process of your return. Please package your return in the same packing material it was shipped in. 

Lost Packages:

Once items are shipped and dropped off to USPS or UPS Store for delivery we are no longer responsible for your items. In many cases I can help with creating a ?lost package? claim with the carrier but no refunds will be given from D&D Treasures LLC but only from the carrier.
