The box has been opened. The box has some of the picture peeled off on the surface but still has the $1 coupon good toward a 

purchase of gasoline.  I have another 94 truck  box that doesn't have the peeling but it doesn't have the coupon.

I just thought the coupon was far more valuable to a collector than the condition of the box.  If interested I can show pictures of the 

other box.  I'm calling this NIB even though it must of been handled by some one before me because the batteries were not in the 

truck and the box was damaged.  Many of these that sell NIB don't say whether they working or not, because if the batteries that 

originally came with the toy have never been out of the box it could be heavily corroded and not work  Keep that in mind when 

comparing this truck to others you may be thinking of bidding on. This one works . 

All that being said I have several trucks from a collection I acquired and this is in very good condition.
