From a line by HERTWIG Germany.  Smallish intended as posy holder florals like Pansy or Violet.  Wee boy with double hearts and girl with Heart in wagon. Across base larger is 3”.  Always together, they do need a more careful cleaning. And have the odd speck to cold painted red glaze. Lots of pictures outdoors. Super cute.
