A NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE FEES
My basic postage starts at $10 for these kits. I will combine postage on these. Just message me for an invoice. Please let know if you are having any issues and I will try and help you.
I don't make any money on my postage, most of the time I loose money on postage to make sure that my customers are getting the best deal.
POSTAGE TIMES
All items are shipped either the same business day of your order or the next day depending on the time of the order. I go to the post office each day Monday to Friday and all letters are lodged with the staff with proof of tracking kept by me (except the standard letter postage items)
Postage can take anywhere from 2 days to 10 days or sometimes longer depending on local events such as weather. I am finding that the majority of my items arrive within 7 days though. If you have not received items please contact me so that I can chase it up with Australia Post,
CUSTOMER SATISFACION
If by any chance you change your mind on the colours that you have selected , please let me know. I am happy to exchange upon the items being returned to me in the original condition that it was sent to you,(at your expense).
If I have sent the incorrect item please let me know and I will fix this for you.
