This is a very nice, Vintage Western style Belt Buckle.

 It is marked Crumrine Mfg, with an accompanying tag marked El Arturo Bronze, Crumrine.

This is a rectangle shape featuring a 3D Eagle in flight, surrounded by filigree design and a rope border.   

This is a Bronze buckle and it appears to be silver plated with gold plate Eagle and border rope although it is not marked as such.

This measures slightly more than 3" wide, and 2 3/8" tall. 

It is in good condition with minimal signs of use or wear.
