HISTORICAL NOTE: Scarce Texas history title. A. Garland Adair was Executive Director of the Texas Heritage Foundation and curator of the Texas Memorial Museum. E. H. Perry, Sr. built the famous Commodore Perry Estate in Austin, now a luxury Auberge resort.
