This is our detailed appraisal of the car, we are
always very honest – see our 100% positive rating. The car is in lovely clean condition
throughout. The bodywork is very bright
and is totally dent and rust free. The interior
is in very good condition with no rips, tears or signs of wear and all of the electric
gadgets work as they should. In our opinion the car drives very well with no
nasty bonks, clonks or whines present.
The engine, gearbox and clutch all operate smoothly and quietly. The alloy
wheels are in excellent condition with just a couple of very minor marks on two
of the wheels. The tyres are in great order
with two new front tyres fitted and around 5mm of tread present on the rear
tyres. The spare wheel is a new/unused
space saver and all of the relevant tools, wheel brace and jack are
present. Obviously there are a couple of
minor stone chips and the odd hairline surface scratch which are entirely consistent
with the age and mileage – and that’s it!
An extremely clean example throughout, we would describe the general condition
as “excellent” for the age and mileage.

General Information for your Guidance
Reservation Fee and
Full Payment
We require a £200
(refundable) reservation fee be paid via PayPal or bank transfer within 24
hours of a sale being provisionally agreed or an auction listing
ending. Full payment and collection of the vehicle from our
Maidstone address must then take place within 7 days on a “face to face” basis
by the buyer in person. The buyer is welcome to test drive and inspect the
vehicle before payment and before any legally binding contract is entered into,
with "Retail Standard" and "PX Clearance" vehicles sold by classified
advert the reservation fee will be refunded so that the entire sales
transaction can be conducted in person on a "face to face"
basis. With vehicles sold by Ebay auction (and not covered by distance
selling regulations) only if the buyer is not satisfied with the vehicle
and we have made a substantial error in our listing will the reservation fee be
refunded and the sale cancelled.
Delivery
We are unable to
offer a delivery service and ask that all vehicles are collected from our
Maidstone address.
Returns Policy
Returns are not
accepted – other than as required by your statutory rights covered under the
2015 Consumer Rights Act.
EU Distance Selling
Regulations
Sorry but we do not
offer an online only sales service (often referred to as “Distance
Selling”). Our vehicles are offered for sale either via classified
advertisement where the vehicle can be reserved online with a refundable
reservation fee and then the transaction can take place in person on a “face to
face” basis where the vehicle can be inspected and tested by the buyer prior to
purchase or by the Ebay auction format which does not come under distance
selling regulations. For this reason auction vehicles are not listed
with a “buy it now” price and “second chance offers” are not made.
