Check the fit first
Place the rug slightly forward over the neck and withers, then slide back so the hair lies flat.

Fasten securely but not tight
Chest straps and surcingles should sit snugly, with room for a flat hand between strap and body.

Free delivery to mainland UK. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and your order is dispatched the same working day.
Orders over £50 are sent by DPD or Royal Mail Tracked 24 on a next-working-day service (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands) — you'll receive a timed delivery window and a signature is required on delivery. Orders under £50 travel by Royal Mail.
Returns
30-day returns. If it's not right for you, send it back unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. Return postage is paid by the buyer — if you use an eBay postage label, the cost is deducted from your refund.
For hygiene reasons, used blades can't be refunded. Received a faulty item? Message us first and we'll put it right quickly.
POLITE NOTICE: We recommend that you try your new rug on a clean horse. If that is not possible, please use a thin sheet underneath to protect the rug. This will help keep it clean should you need to return it, as refunds cannot be offered on rugs that are returned marked, soiled or hairy.
