This boxed set by Arthur J Bailey & sons based at Everest Works on Tenby is presented in very good antique condition.   Wear is commensurate with age and use, with one liner appearing to be a replacement but fitting well and the elastic to hold the spoons being torn.  Otherwise an elegant and original piece.
