The KYOSTAR Intercooler Charge Pipe Kit is designed for BMW and Toyota models equipped with the B46/B48 2.0T turbocharged engine. This upgraded charge pipe system improves airflow efficiency by replacing restrictive factory piping while supporting more stable boost delivery and enhanced turbocharger performance.

Manufactured for performance-oriented applications, the upgraded charge pipe design provides improved durability compared with factory components and helps maintain reliable airflow under increased boost pressure. It is an ideal upgrade for daily driving, street performance, tuned vehicles, and modified B46/B48 turbo applications.

 

Features:

  • True 3-Inch High-Flow Geometry: Upgraded to a consistent 3.0" (76mm) piping diameter throughout the entire system. This completely eliminates the restrictive tapers found in OEM pipes and earlier aftermarket versions, maximizing laminar airflow and sharply reducing turbo lag.

  • Bulletproof Aluminum Construction: The factory plastic charge pipes are notoriously weak and prone to expanding, cracking, or blowing off under increased boost pressure. Our heavy-duty mandrel-bent aluminum piping ensures unbreakable reliability for tuned B46/B48 engines and Supra 2.0L models.

  • Precision CNC Machined Flanges: Features precision CNC-machined billet aluminum flanges to ensure a perfect, leak-free connection to the throttle body and turbocharger. Retains the factory C-clip mounting logic for a straightforward, secure bolt-on installation.

  • Integrated 1/8" NPT Meth/Water Bung: Conveniently incorporates a pre-welded 1/8" NPT bung directly into the charge pipe. Easily install water or methanol injection systems to lower intake temperatures and push higher horsepower (includes a block-off plug if not in use).

  • Comprehensive Hardware Kit Included: The kit comes fully equipped with multi-ply reinforced silicone couplers that won't expand under high boost, premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps, and necessary O-rings to ensure a tight, durable seal right out of the box.
