Brand New 3 Ply MINT GREEN Stratocaster Pickguard, fully loaded with my 60s style Alnico2 pickups and quality electronics. It's wired with the sought after BLENDER MOD. I've personally hand assembled the pickguard in my home workshop on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

The Blender Mod enables the neck pickup to be blended into the pickup mix when Bridge or Bridge/Middle is selected. When Neck or Neck/Middle is selected it blends in the bridge pickup. When the blender pot is open (fully clockwise) the standard 5 pickup combinations are available. When it's wound back (anti-clockwise) it blends in either neck or bridge as applicable. This gives the Tele tone (neck and bridge) plus all 3 pickups together and just about everything in between.

NOTE: The top tone knob is a global tone for all 3 pickups. The lower tone knob is the blender control.

These quality pickups have Alnico2 magnets for smooth, warm and bright tones suited to many musical genres and punch way above their weight and price point. They have staggered, bevelled poles, modern plastic bobbins and vinyl coated 22awg hook-up wires.

These are beautifully finished, great sounding pickups. They're very clear and articulate, and the bevelled poles provide better 'focus'. They deliver plenty of that trademark Vintage Stratocaster chime, being wound to early 60's resistances. The bridge pickup is a little overwound to properly balance the set. They're suitable for many musical genres, including Jazz, Rock, Blues and Country.

The middle pickup is reverse wound/reverse polarity (RW/RP) for noise cancelling in positions 2 and 4.

Resistances are (approx):
Neck:    5.60k
Middle: 5.60k
Bridge: 6.20k

This setup includes a top quality CRL style 5 way switch, quality P24K Series 250k volume and top tone pots, CTS Blender Pot, 0.022uF MIJ Nissei capacitor and 22awg wiring. The pickguard is to Fender USA/MIM specs with the modern 11 hole pattern. It's fully shielded with aluminium foil and the protective plastic is still in place.
