  • All orders include a tracking number — you can track every step of delivery.
  • We ship only to your eBay-registered address. Please update it on eBay before ordering if needed.
  • We ship Monday–Friday. Carriers are closed on weekends.
  • We cannot mark items as gifts or declare a lower value. This is prohibited by Japanese, US, and international regulations.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • To the US, under USD 2,500: DDP — the seller pays import duties, taxes, and standard customs fees.
  • To the US, USD 2,500 or more: DDU — the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges.
  • All other destinations: DDU — the buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges.

Buyer Responsibility

The seller is not responsible for additional costs or returns caused by the buyer, including: missing information (EIN / SSN / ID documents), failure to respond to the carrier or customs, refused delivery, or an incorrect address. Any resulting return shipping, storage fees, or penalties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Warranty

  • If the item arrives defective or not working properly, please contact us within 30 days of delivery — we will take care of it (return shipping on us).
  • For returns due to buyer's reasons (changed mind, ordered by mistake, etc.), all shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • If a returned item has additional scratches, damage, or signs of use, a full refund cannot be issued — a deduction will apply.
