The useit® Abrafilm® has excellent cutting properties and is equipped with an extremely durable and tear-resistant film backing. Thanks to its stearate coating and unique design, clogging of the sanding disc is effectively avoided. The useit® Abrafilm® enables all levels of sanding work to be performed, from coarse sanding with a grain size of 40 to the finest surface work with a grain size of 3000. The full-surface perforation of the abrasive in conjunction with the multi-layered structure of the Velcro system guarantees the exact alignment of the abrasive grains – and together with the Abrafilm’s permanent and effective dust extraction over the entire surface, this gives you optimal sanding results and a much longer service life in comparison to conventional perforated sanding discs.
