Tested and works great with Steam VR on Windows 11, using Oasis Driver for Windows Mixed Reality. The only issue is staticky audio, but you're able to set another audio output in Steam VR like earbuds/headphones.
Otherwise works perfectly fine.
Cable has some damage which was covered with electrical tape.
