Vintage Wittner Maelzel Metronome
* Black Plastic - has a bit of a lacquer look to it

CONDITION INFORMATION: The case and face and metal parts are in good condition overall. The black plastic has some marks and rubbings and some tiny dings/dents here and there.
The wind-up feature doesn't appear to be working (could be use error, however), and even when it works for a few seconds, there is no ticking sound. It is missing the front cover and probably a bottom piece.
