Jöst useit® Superfinishing Pad SG is a high-performance
abrasive with up to six times the surface sanding and finishing performance of
conventional abrasives. It's ideal for the ultra-fine, finish and polishing
sanding of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, solid surface materials and
many other materials. Dust inclusions, paint runs and spray mist can be removed
quickly and easily. With their superb performance for wet and dry sanding,
useit® SG Superfinishing Pads fit every sanding machine that's available on the
market, regardless of the perforation configuration. With its innovative
design, maximum precision and versatile usage options, this is the solution for
demanding precision work on a wide variety of surfaces.
When other abrasives have reached their limits, the Jöst
Superfinishing Pad keeps on giving you perfect results. Thanks to its
multi-layer structure, it compensates for pressure fluctuations and uneven
surfaces, enabling the fast and precise processing of almost all surfaces. Dust
inclusions and scratches can be removed with pinpoint accuracy – without
damaging the surface. The innovative production technology enables the
efficient processing of solid surface materials (e.g. Corian®, Varicor®),
paints, lacquers, acrylic glass, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals.
High-gloss and matt results are achieved without the need for polishing paste.
Sealed parquet, laminate or plastic floors can also be easily reconditioned.
In the automotive industry, the pad is ideal for paint runs,
dust inclusions, overspray effects and smart repairs. The open structure
ensures dust-free and continuous working. The pad also adapts precisely to
sanding discs and plates with different perforations – a truly universal
solution for the highest demands.
The pad's tightly-spaced perforation in combination with the specially developed carrier coating continuously removes the sanding dust. This not only ensures a clean working environment; it also makes a significant contribution to occupational safety and minimizes dust exposure.
The closely spaced perforation in combination
with the innovative back coating will give you effective dust extraction,
improved surface adaptation and particularly quiet machine operation – even
with handheld sanders. The permanent dust removal significantly extends the
service life of these discs compared to conventionally perforated products. The
Superpad P Yellow is compatible with all standard sanding machines, regardless
of the perforation configuration of the sanding discs or suction plates.
