The ESM 1311 is a powerful, variable-speed multi-surfacer equipped with a full dust hood, designed for preparing a wide range of marine, steel and painted surfaces

Equipped with Tercoo rubber-mounted, tungsten-tipped rotating discs, the ESM 1311 creates a surface profile similar to shot blasting. This is ideal for preparing and cleaning surfaces before recoating. The rotating blaster discs resist clogging and can remove both hard and soft coatings, including bitumen, rust, and paint

While primarily designed for steel preparation, Tercoo discs are also effective on flat or uneven surfaces, making them highly versatile. They mechanically clean and roughen surfaces quickly and effectively without generating heat

The ESM 1311 can also be used with a variety of drum wheels for use on stainless steel

The rotating Surface Blaster discs produced by Tercoo are rubber mounted tungsten tips used for cleaning rust and scale off steel surfaces, pipes, tanks and bunds, marine decks and hulls
