Such a great Tailored classic Union made Swing Trench, Muted Red color, belted, dramatic lapel, great seaming tailoring detail. Carol Cohen's Activewear from this time is prized for the quality of craftsmanship, detail and quality of material making her jackets weather friendly. I'm guessing the material here is a sturdy cotton Blended with nylon or some close material for classic structure/shape and to repel water.  Photographed on a modern medium dress form, great condition overall, does have expected vintage charm, a few small spots, light discoloration to seam creases at wrist, and some separation of seams to inside underarm lining. Measures roughly at 44" long back of neck to bottom hem line, 15 1/2" shoulder, 16" underarm from side to side seam across back and 23" sleeve.
