16mm Film Print Reel labelled THE SPECIAL PATROL RIVER POLICE, no idea who produced it but probably a short  documentary? Small reel.

The print itself picture-wise is good (see photos). No VS and good colour if a little fading (see photo). 

Comes in an old metal can as pictured.
