16mm Film Print Reel labelled STAR PERFORMER BILLY SMART'S CIRCUS, no idea who produced it but probably a short  documentary for TV? Small reel.

The print itself picture-wise is good (see photos). No VS and good colour (see photo). 

Comes in an old metal can as pictured.
