You are buying ten (10) NEW fasteners. They are general purpose ( style) moulding clips with nuts that may be used various models & years may fits Ford , Mercury vehicles that have a 5/8" to 1-1/8” wide trim moulding and will take a bolt in clip. These clips have 1.400" long x 1/2" wide plate and a 5/8" long 10-24 threaded stud. The clips are yellow zinc plated. The nuts are 10-24 zinc stamped steel with a 5/8” OD flange.
