We provide a 90 day “Back to Base” warranty if your item should develop a technical fault. We will then let you know if the item can be repaired or you will be refunded.

Before returning an item within the 30 day eBay returns window, please contact us to get an approval number and a pre-paid postage label. This will ensure that we can quickly process the repair/refund. Return postage for items returned after the 30 day window will be at buyers expense.

All items returned will be inspected by our technical team and we get back to you within 2 working days with either a refund or a repair date
