Important Return Conditions:

Turbocharger must be in original, unused condition with all protective caps in place
Original packaging must be intact and used for return shipping
No oil contamination or installation attempts
Buyer responsible for 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs
Defective units must be reported within 7 days of receipt

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON: Installed turbochargers, units with oil contamination, or physical damage from handling/installation.

[New Units]: 2-year unlimited manufacturer's warranty against defects

Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

Improper installation or lack of proper oil feed
Foreign object damage (FOD)
Oil starvation or contamination issues
Modifications or racing use
Normal wear and tear on used units
