Reluctantly selling my 1998 Suzuki GSXR 600 W SRAD due to my age and subsequent lack of use.
With only 2 previous owners (a father & son-in-law) I have been the present owner for the past 21 years (since 22-06-2005).
The bike is in excellent condition for its 28 year age: Naturally, it has some typical age related minor marks with the only detriment of note being the RHS lower fairing has surface scratches sustained by a very low speed off (5mph) in 2007 (Genuine OE Suzuki stickers to patch repair the RHS lower fairing are included in the sale: see last 2 photos).

The bike was SORN on 01/09/2010 remaining off the road (dry stored on stands in my garage) for almost 13 years due to my working/living abroad. It was commissioned back onto the road in July 2023 whereupon it received:
- Engine oil + oil filter + sump plug change: Putoline Sport 4R 10w40
- Engine coolant flush & change: Putoline Ultracool 12
- Fork oil & seals change: Rock Oil Synthetic SVI 10 SAE
- New fuel pump + filter: Quantum Fuel 1997-00 15100-33E00
- Front & Rear brake calipers overhaul: new genuine OE caliper seals plus Motul RBF 600 Factory Line Dot 4 brake fluid
- New front & rear brake pads: front: Carbone Lorraine SBK-5 / rear: Carbone Lorraine RX-3 (purchased 2010 but never fitted)
- New battery: Powerline PTX9-BS
- New chain & sprockets: RK Takasago X Ring Gold chain + Supersprox rear sprocket + Renthal front sprocket + ProBolt alloy rear sprocket nuts (all purchased 2010 but never fitted)
- New front & rear tyres: Dunlop Qualifier RR (purchased 2010 but never fitted)
October 2025: the original OE front brake discs were replaced with EBC XC Contour discs & new Carbone Lorraine SBK-5 pads plus Stahlbus brake caliper bleed valves fitted.
The bike currently benefits from the following tasteful after market add-ons/modifications:
- Ermax (Pyramid Plastics) twin LED light rear undertray (factory colour coded) with a fully legal 9"x6.5" registration plate.
- OE rear seat hump/cowl (factory colour coded)
- Yoshimura exhaust silencer
- Harris exhaust hanger (replacing RHS rear footpeg/hanger)
- Crash bungs (blue)
- Airblade double bubble screen (dark tint/black)
- Lamin-X PPF headlight protection film (blue tint: easily removable)
- HEL stainless steel brake hoses (front & rear)
- Stahlbus brake caliper bleed valves on all brake calipers
- Bike-It carbon effect iridium lens mini spear indicators (none LED: front & rear)
- Stainless steel bar ends
Note: No electric cables were cut to accommodate the rear LED lights and/or the Bike-It mini spear indicators.

rear subframe + undertray + light + dealer registration plate, rear seat, rear passenger footpegs, front & rear indicators,
screen, exhaust silencer (slightly damaged), front brake discs, engine bolts, bar ends.
